The R&B superstar’s estranged husband has requested a six-figure check every month as they hash out their split. “According to the documents obtained by TMZ,” Tigger continues, he thinks $129,319 per month is a nice round number.”
After all, Kendu Isaacs contends, Blige was the breadwinner during their 12-year-marriage; and she “got him used to the elaborate lifestyle.” Not to mention Blige is about to hit the road with Maxwell (on a tour stopping in Atlanta Nov. 25), and has another new album on the way. Meanwhile he claims zero income since she fired him as her manager, shortly after she filed for divorce.
Plus, his assertion is that “Mary knows the prenup is BS – as evidenced by the fact that she’s already cut him two checks for a total of $85,000.”
“But I just want you to be clear people,” Tigger reiterates: “He thinks $129,319 per month IS FAIR! [Pause] OK.”
