Atlanta police are looking for a lone suspect in the abduction of three people Monday morning from a home in southwest Atlanta. It happened at a home on Katherwood Drive.
Police say a gunman forced his way into the home. He reportedly forced a woman, her boyfriend, and the woman’s son into a car and to a Texaco on Sylvan Road to use the ATM.
While in the Texaco parking lot, the girlfriend tried to escape. As the suspect attempted to chase her, it was then that the boyfriend saw a chance to hit the suspect with the car, but missed. The suspect then apparently fire shots at the car, hitting no one. It was then that the suspect fled the scene on foot. He is described as black, between 18 and 25 years of age.
