Fatherhood: What Does It Take To Be An Honorable Man?

Effort To Get 20,000 Fathers To the Million Man March 20th Anniversary

The 20th Anniversary of the Million Man March will be observed next Saturday, October 10, 2015, in Washington D.C. This weekend on Atlanta Up close, I talk with Kenneth Brasswell, Executive Director of Fathers Incorporated about the importance of fatherhood and what it means to be an honorable man. According to Brasswell, “honorable men don’t have to be perfect, they just have to want to strive to be the best they can be for everything around them and themselves.” We also talk about The Pledge of an Honorable Man, and Fathers Incorporated’s effort to get 20,000 black fathers registered for the march in Washington.
