If you don’t know August Alsina you’re missing out!

This young artist from New Orleans is responsible for the hit song “I Love This”!

The song was so big that Trinidad James jumped on it. Then there was a remix with Birdman. Then Trey Songz and Chris Brown jumped on it. It’s been a crazy successful year for him.

He dropped “Ghetto” featuring Rich Homie Quan and “Make It Home” featuring Young Jeezy, but today is the day we’ve all been waiting for.

“Testimony,” his debut album, hit stores today. He stopped by “106 and Park” to perform; and that’s when things took a nasty turn.

“106 and Park” hostess Keshia Chante decided to push her luck and ask a question that had already been taken off the list by August’s team.

Now if you remember, a few weeks ago a VladTV interview with August went viral. He was addressing the cancellation of a show that was supposed to take place with him and Trey Songz. In the video he implied Trey Songz thought he was better than him and was acting funny.

August said straight up: “I don’t f@*k with Trey”!

Well, Keshia asked if he thought the two could bury the hatchet and this is what happened…

Well damn! She gon’ cry in the car!

Now Keshia was wrong because she gets pissed when people ask her about her reported fling with Drakeso girl you should have known better.

Bow Wow recovered well.

But this is what I have a problem with – “106 and Park” is always getting the girl host cursed out!

Rocsi Diaz asked Lil Kim a Nicki Minaj question knowing it would tick her off, but “it was her job to do so and the fans wanted to know”!

Shame on you “106 and Park,” for that.

But at the same time, we DO want to know – since there was a rumor circulating just a few weeks ago – if he slapped Rich Homie Quan.

He’s so New Orleans.

August we love you, but tone it down a little. We know you’re real, but the industry always isn’t; so just smile and play nice.

“Testimony” in stores now! Go get that! And listen longer to win tickets to meet and greet with August!

Stay Tuned…
