UPDATE: Lil Wayne Is “Headed Home,” Released From Hospital

After suffering seizures that landed Lil Wayne in the Intensive Care Unit, the embattled rapper’s condition has been stabilized, and according to his label head, Mack Maine, he “has been officially been released and is headed home.”

According to a recent TMZ article, Wayne was moved to a “regular room” at the hospital. But Mack Maine updated the information with Wayne’s homecoming news.

“Thanks to Cedar Sinai for everything!!!” he tweeted. “@LilTunechi has been officially been released and is headed home….God is great.”

On Monday (March 18), Baby expressed his confidence that Wayne would be coming home soon.
