He is known by many names. Metro Man…Mall Cop…Taser Man. Darien Long, a security guard at Atlanta’s Metro Mall is famous and infamous at the same time. Local merchants in the Metro Mall say they like his aggressive style to keep order at the Metro Mall, however those who feel the wrath of his taser feel differently. Now Long says he has a deal with Taser International to get tasers at a reduced cost and TruTV has expressed an interest in airing videos of an altercation with one man. Long came to light after a video of him tasing a mother who had confronted him at the Metro Mall went viral.
