Victory Thought: Hate Is A Form Of Flattery
“Isn’t it kind of silly to think that tearing someone else down builds you up?”
Today’s Victory Thought is dedicated to being blind to haters!
Hate is a terrible disease that is plaguing our world. It is a disease that is tearing down hard work and perpetuating mediocrity.
Hate is what people turn to when they can’t figure out how to be like you.
It’s giving critics, lazy, insecure people and cowards a voice that they did not rightly earn. It’s giving unimportant people a front-row seat into your life.
We alllll have haters. Even Jesus had haters that didn’t appreciate how the droves flocked to hear him speak. His light shined too bright.
STOP PAYING ATTENTION TO HATERS! They are only hating because you’re shining!
Trying to win them over or make them believers is the biggest waste of your time.
Look at it this way instead: A Hater is a secret admirer who only wins when you pay them attention. Let them do them and you do you. The fact that you are even a topic of conversation tells you that your doing something worth talking about. When people STOP talking is when you should worry.
So let ’em hate – tell them to spell your name right!
