While 50 Cent has been beefing with French Montana, he’s been brewing another drama behind the scenes. He’s set to executive produce a new TV drama called Power for Starz.

According to Variety, the network has picked up his show which will be written by Courtney Kemp Agboh (The Good Wife) and he will be sharing executive producing credits with Agboh, Mark Canton (300) and Randall Emmett (End of Watch).

The series is based on a nightclub owner who apparently will have some risky business going on but the full details have yet to be released. 

50 Cent has been in the news for his beef with French Montana. The two have been going back and forth on Twitter with comical lines and barbs. But it took a sour turn Friday (November 30) when 50 Cent implied that Montana secretly slipped him a tape of DJ Khaled‘s home and mother at work in 2009, when 50 was embroiled in a very personal beef with Khaled. 

50 edited the footage in a clip he calle A Psychic Told Me, with a menacing voice over that was meant to intimidate Khaled and let him know that he knew where his mother spent her time.
