Why a court would rule that a battling, divorcing couple have to coexist in the same house is beyond me! Ever heard of “The War of the Roses?” In case you’ve been under a rock, Pilar Sanders was arrested for “jumping” her estranged husband Deion.

Deion, a former Atlanta Falcon & NFL defensive back turned NFL Network analyst, tweeted Monday about an apparent run-in between himself and Pilar, his estranged wife.

“Pray for me and my kids now! They just witnessed their mother and a friend jump me in my room. She’s going to jail n I’m pressing charges!”

And go to jail she did!! According to the Colin County Jail website, Pilar was booked for  ”assault family violence.” Deion claims Pilar whooped him with the help of her homegirl all while in front of the couples sons. Here they are filling out the police report on Pilar…

Although Pilar and Deion are going through a bitter divorce, they are still living together in their suburban Dallas home.

Deion told TMZ that Pilar had been taken to the hospital immediately after the incident — claiming she needed medical treatment, but she is now in police custody. Deion claims he never touched estranged wife, and only “defended” himself until he was able to call police.

Now one may be wondering what could have caused Pilar to pull a Mike Tyson on her husband. Perhaps it was Deion’s recent outing on the red carpets with Tracey Edmonds on his arm.

Pilar had long accused Deion of having an affair with Tracey. A notion he denied to the end. Showing up with her on his arm was probably the last straw for Pilar. It was a clear sign or disrespect and that the love was completely lost!
