Cantaloupe Wake-Up Smoothie

( Another great way to kick off your day is with some fresh cantaloupe.


  • 1 Ripe banana
  • ¼ ripe cantaloupe (remove seeds)
  • ½ Vanilla yogurt( or yogurt of your choice)
  • 1-2 tablespoons of orange juice and honey( or juice of your choice, honey optional)
  • ½-cup of ice

Mix one ripe banana with ¼ ripe cantaloupe (seeds removed), ½ vanilla flavored yogurt, and 1-2 tablespooons of orange juice and honey. Add ice. This smoothie is sure to make waking up in the morning that much easier!
