Cantaloupe Wake-Up Smoothie
(DivaVilliage.com) Another great way to kick off your day is with some fresh cantaloupe.
Ingredients:
- 1 Ripe banana
- ¼ ripe cantaloupe (remove seeds)
- ½ Vanilla yogurt( or yogurt of your choice)
- 1-2 tablespoons of orange juice and honey( or juice of your choice, honey optional)
- ½-cup of ice
Mix one ripe banana with ¼ ripe cantaloupe (seeds removed), ½ vanilla flavored yogurt, and 1-2 tablespooons of orange juice and honey. Add ice. This smoothie is sure to make waking up in the morning that much easier!
