Is there any way to get tickets to the playhouse? My birthday is 2/27 and I really want to go to the playhouse but it’s sold out.

Mrs. Wanda, Me and my mom(which came from Virginia) went to this event to stand outside for well over 2 hours to get in. I talked to an assistant to get our money back (since I’m a disabled vet and should have been stanting that long and the show was already started) just to find out there were no refunds. I was asked if I wanted tickets to another show but my mom is leaving in the morning so we lost $48 for these tickets. I just wanted to let you and the internet world know so maybe this unorganization can be fixed.

Wanda, I am surprised, disappointed, appalled, yada, yada, yada! Wow, who ever your event planner was for this event, they did a terrible disservice to your event, the performers but most of all to your fans & followers. I purchased my tix online in advance. My purpose for attending the event was to determine if we would celebrate my girlfriends Bridal Shower/Bachelorette party for the April show. NOT!!! Me & my girl arrived @ 7pm. When we arrived we found the parking garage dark with NO lights, the stairs were locked so we had to walk in HEELS down and around the garage. The line was wrapped around the building! We waited in line to complete our mission regardless. There was no one outside to inform/direct your attendees of your process. We found out after being in line about 20 min that there was a table inside for the Will Call pick up. We went inside to find total chaos. Nevertheless, we picked up our tix and prepaid for parking. The VIP line was wrapped around the corner inside and the general adm line was the original line we were in outside. Then we found out that there was NO more seating available and the standing room was going fast. We waited and waited and waited then were told that they had no more gen adm space available, UGH! Also, the ONLY option we had was to accept tix to the next show on Mar. 19th. Unfortunately, that doesn’t work for either of us because I’ll be home in Miami hosting my niece’s baby shower and my girlfriend has a business trip scheduled. Needless, to say with all the drama from this evening, we have decided that this event wont be a good choice for the shower after all. I have the receipt for the tix, the actual tix that we picked up from Will Call and the receipt for the parking (which the hotel personnel got frustrated with and begin to let people out of the garage for free after all). I really expected a much more positive outcome from this experience but…since I never received the product that I paid for I’d like to have my money refunded to me in full immediately.

Wanda!!!!! As always you all put on a good show. I know people had alot to say but me and the 24 ladies that came with me had a AWESOME time!!! Thank you for my goldfish…lol
